1.Who we are

CreativeScope provides advertising and creative-intelligence tools for the mobile game industry, including creative rankings, creative search, advertiser intelligence, AI creative analysis, and data access via API and MCP. The Service indexes publicly available mobile advertising placements and organizes them into searchable, game-specific datasets.

2.Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials and API keys secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3.Plans, billing & renewal

• The Service is offered on a free tier and on paid subscription plans (e.g. Pro and Team), as described on our Pricing page. Enterprise plans may be offered under a separate order or invoice.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) in US dollars (USD), and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for each billing cycle.
• Fees are exclusive of taxes; where applicable, taxes are added at checkout or handled under reverse charge for eligible business customers who provide a valid tax ID.
• Cancellation, trials, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4.Free tier & trials

Free tier usage is subject to the limits shown on the Pricing page and may change over time. Paid plans may include a free trial; unless cancelled before the trial ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged.

5.API & MCP access

Paid plans include access to our API and MCP integration subject to the usage limits (quotas) of your plan. You agree not to exceed, circumvent, or share your quota or keys, and not to use the API/MCP to build a competing dataset or to resell the data without our written consent. We may rate-limit, suspend, or adjust access to protect the Service.

6.Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, scrape, or bulk-extract the Service beyond your plan; (b) resell or redistribute the data or outputs except as permitted; (c) misuse the Service to infringe others' rights or violate applicable law; or (d) interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.

7.Intellectual property

The Service, its software, and its compiled datasets, analyses, and rankings are owned by CreativeScope or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and its outputs for your internal business purposes during your subscription. Advertising creatives indexed by the Service remain the property of their respective owners; CreativeScope claims no ownership over third-party creative content and presents it for research and reference.

8.Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (e.g. Stripe for payments and AI clients for MCP). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

9.Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that data, rankings, or AI analyses are complete, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreativeScope's total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10.Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

11.Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
